Why don't developers make good testers?
A developer creates what the Business Analysts and Designers ask for. They know what the application should do and code it so that it does it.
So......... why doesn't a developer make a good tester?
Are Developers too close to the end product?
Are they too subjective?
Are they more likely to miss things that an objective Test Analyst?
