Who am I?

Andrzej Zyms - Principal of Targeted Resourcing Solutions.

I have spent almost 12 years working in the IT Industry, in Software Testing and QA. Over the years I have worked for organisation large and small, government and private, vendors and users.

I have been exposed to some interesting and diverse methodologies and test processes - some formal and well documented and some that followed basic common sense and applied it to software testing.

In December 2004 I established Targeted Resourcing Solutions - an IT Recruitment Agency based in Brisbane, Australia.

Targeted Resourcing Solutions is an agency with a difference. We specialise in placing Tester and QA Professional. Sure, we find and place staff in all areas of IT, but Testing is our passion and that's where we add most value to you.

Now I use my testing experience and knowledge of the IT Industry to help companies find great testers and I help great testers find fantastic jobs.
